The project at the Park Center this semester has been a roller coaster ride. There were points during the project where I thought to myself, "am I even going to have something to turn in at the end of the semester?" Dr. Williams provided me with lots of patient experience to have a better idea of what kind of patient population the Park Center was serving. I haven't had much experience with what is consider the underserved or vulnerable population, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. This semester has taught me a lot about who underserved/vulnerable patients are and things to consider when treating this patient population. I think that my mindset has been broadened to consider more variables affecting these situations that will help me in the future when talking to patients. I am very thankful for the time I was able to spend at the Park Center with Dr. Williams and the other physicians who practice there. My project has come to an end, however, I am hoping that it can be picked up and continued and made better by a future student.

We went over our database rough draft in our most recent visit to St. Joseph. They recommended some changes to us and we talked about what else could be useful in the database that wasn't included yet. They gave us their interpreters and translators list, so now all that's left is to input it into our database and meet up again next week to show them what the final product looks like.
- Kevin I have completed my research for United Way of Allen County. My last piece that was missing was crime rates for Fort Wayne and Allen County. I have emailed it to Ruthie and Tiffany. Now I am working on my Reflection to add into the PowerPoint Presentation Dihn and I are working on which we will be presenting on November 3rd Thursday. I need to reflect on what I learned and how this experience has made better understand the Vulnerable and Underserved population.
- Mehvish Elahi I am current still working on my last topic: basic needs. So far I have been searching about homeless but have encountered some problems, including finding specific data in regard to homeless in Fort Wayne. Today, I talked with Ruthie and she gave me some ideas to start on, such as the definition of basic needs. According to their definition, basic needs comprised of shelter, food, and clothing. So I would focus my search in these 3 areas to find more information in regard to basic needs. --Dinh Ha I have found all the data I needed for my 3 topics (Safety, Diversity/Inclusion and Health Awareness). I have sent the information to Tiffany. Dihn and I have created a Google Doc so we can both work on our presentations together and add both our reflections onto the Powerpoint Slide's. I have started out by giving a introduction of Untied Way of Allen County and how they help the Vulnerable and Underserved. I will also discuss how they find out information of what the population/community needs. Towards the end, there will be a reflection based on what I learned and how it has effected me as a student Pharmacist.
